Every year, the Immunohematology Reference Laboratory at Community Blood Center is proud to offer educational courses for blood bankers, residents and fellows, and clinical laboratory science students. Experience in Blood Banking courses are lecture-based courses and attendees receive P.A.C.E. continuing education credits.
Immunohematology & Blood Group Genomics: Past Milestones & Future Direction (P.A.C.E. credit available)
On July 13, 2022, NYBCe celebrated the contributions of Dr. Connie Westhoff and Christine Lomas-Francis to the field of transfusion medicine. In this educational symposium, Dr. Westhoff and Christine were honored in advance of their upcoming retirements. Recordings of educational presentations are now available to receive free, on-demand continuing education credit, along with access to Dr. Westhoff's and Christine's remarks to family, friends and colleagues.
